GrassBox orders will be shipped out on Mondays, the day of packaging. This will ensure peak freshness at time of delivery.

FREE OR DISCOUNTED SHIPPING on all subscription orders, depending on your location. We are located in Southern Ontario and offer free shipping where we can, and heavily discounted shipping rates on subscription orders to the rest of Canada.

There are no refunds after your product has been shipped.

If you are not satisfied with the product due to defective grass, we will replace your order at no cost.

All defective products must be reported immediately upon delivery to info@realgrassbox.ca
