Shipping
We send out fresh shipments every Monday. This mostly prevents GrassBoxes from sitting halfway to you over the weekend to ensure peak freshness at time of delivery. GrassBox orders received throughout the week will be packaged and leave our farm the following Monday. You will then receive your fresh GrassBox a few days later, mid to end of the week, depending on your distance from us.
Return Policy
It is important to open your GrassBox immediately upon receiving it, living grass gets moldy if left in the box too long.
If you are not satisfied with the product due to defective grass, we will replace your order at no cost.
All defective products must be reported immediately upon delivery to info@realgrassbox.ca
How often should I replace my GrassBox?
We recommend replacing your GrassBox every 2-3 weeks for best performance.

Does it smell?
Upon delivery, your GrassBox will emit a subtle natural coco fibre and grass smell. Over time, the scent will vary based on your pet's waste. For optimal results, place your GrassBox on a balcony or patio and promptly remove solid waste as needed.
How is it different from sod?
GrassBoxes are grown in an indoor facility with a coco fiber growing medium on top of a hemp mat. This means that they are more absorbent than sod, and minimize the risk of mud, weeds, and pests.
