There are no refunds after your product has been shipped.

If you are not satisfied with the product due to defective grass, we will replace your order at no cost.

All defective products must be reported immediately upon delivery to info@realgrassbox.ca

We recommend replacing your GrassBox every 2-3 weeks for best performance.

Training your dog with GrassBox is similar to traditional outdoor training, just a bit more convenient.

Prevent unsupervised access to prevent digging. In our experience, dogs love playing in them!  

Yes! For best results you should keep your GrassBox moist, to ensure grass health. Remove solid waste as it occurs to reduce bacteria and odour.

Upon delivery, your GrassBox will emit a subtle earthy smell. Over time, the scent will vary based on your pet's waste. For optimal results, place your GrassBox on a balcony or patio and promptly remove solid waste as needed. Dispose of waste in your green bin using the biodegradable bags provided.

GrassBox is grown in an indoor facility with a coco fibre base. This means that they smell less like soil, are more absorbent, and minimize the risk of weeds and pests.

When it is time to replace your GrassBox, dispose of the waxed outer box in your blue bin. Roll up your grass patch using the biodegradable gloves included and dispose of it in your green bin.
