Keeping your GrassBox fresh and watered is important. You will most likely need to water it immediately upon arrival as we don’t want to ship them out too wet. You want to keep the coco fiber / roots moist, but not soggy.  If you place it outdoors on a balcony or patio, make sure to protect it from rain and snow.

To get started, find the perfect spot for your GrassBox. Choose a handy location that's easy for your pup to access, but not in a high-traffic area or where they usually eat or sleep.  Once you've found the ideal location, be sure to keep it there consistently. When your GrassBox arrives, let your furry friend sniff and explore it. You can even toss some of their favorite toys or treats nearby to create a positive association. If you think your pup might need a little extra encouragement, try using a potty-training attractant spray.

Now for the potty-training part! Establish a regular potty schedule by taking your dog to the GrassBox after they wake up, after playtime, after meals, and before bedtime.
